Vendor Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Naga Cart! To ensure a smooth and successful experience for both vendors and customers, we have established the following terms and conditions. By signing up as a vendor on our platform, you agree to comply with these terms:
1. Vendor Registration:
– All vendors must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
– Vendors must provide a valid email address, contact number, and any necessary business documentation as required by Naga Cart.
2. Product Listings:
– Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all product listings are accurate, including descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels.
– Prohibited items and items that violate intellectual property rights or legal regulations are strictly forbidden.
3. Pricing and Payments:
– Vendors must set competitive prices for their products.
– All payments will be processed through Naga Cart’s payment gateway, and vendors will receive payments as per the agreed schedule.
4. Order Fulfillment:
– Vendors must process and fulfill orders promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Any delays or issues in order fulfillment must be communicated to the customer and Naga Cart immediately.
5. Shipping Policy:
– Vendors are required to adhere to the Naga Cart shipping policy.
– Vendors must provide accurate shipping information and ensure timely delivery of products.
6. Return and Refund Policy:
– Vendors must read and comply with the Naga Cart return and refund policy.
– We do not accept returns and refund but incase if the customer receive broken/damaged products then it is the vendor’s responsibility to replace with new products. Investigation will be done before replacing the product.
7. Customer Service:
– Vendors must provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
– Maintaining a positive relationship with customers is essential for long-term success on our platform.
8. Compliance with Laws:
– Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and laws and regulations.
– Any violation of laws may result in immediate termination of the vendor account.
9. Prohibited Conduct:
– Vendors are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices.
– Any attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or feedback will result in severe penalties, including account suspension or termination.
10. Account Termination:
– Naga Cart reserves the right to terminate any vendor account that violates these terms and conditions.
– Vendors may also request account termination by contacting customer support.
11. Modifications to Terms:
– Naga Cart reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Dispute Resolution:
– Any disputes between vendors and Naga Cart will be resolved through good faith negotiations.
– If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to mediation or arbitration as per Naga Cart’s dispute resolution policy.
By signing up as a vendor on Naga Cart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please ensure that you are also familiar with our return and refund policy and shipping policy to avoid any malpractices.
